What do Abode Management do for your money?

As well as providing advice about all aspects of letting and property management, Abode Management introduce and vet prospective tenants; prepare tenancy agreements; advise on inventories, changes to utility accounts and Council Tax and receive the rent and pay the balances to your landlord’s account.
